• Theme 1: Principles (15%): Understanding project management principles, project scope, acceptance, quality, plans, and assurance.
• Theme 2: Business Case (7%): Understanding the business case, starting up and managing projects, developing a business case, defining and documentating the business case, manage the start-up phase, and starting the project
• Theme 3: Organization (6%): Understanding and applying project board, the executive, the project manager, the project assurance team, the stakeholder, and the team in PRINCE2.
• Theme 4: Approach (13%): Understanding the 7 processes of directing a project, initiating a project, directing work through stages, managing stage boundaries, managing product delivery, managing and progressing benefits, and lessons log in PRINCE2.
• Theme 5: Change / Risk (8%): Understanding change control, identifying and qualifying risks, risk analysis, risk control analysis, plan and issue risk management strategies, and validate a risk.
• Theme 6: Progress (5%): Understanding and apply audit, check point records, progress record, progress review, record all relevant information that has been implemented since the last review, and set realistic objectives and targets within the customer timeline.
