• Service Provider Network Design (18%): Study the design aspects of Service Provider networks, including router and switch placement, spanning tree, OSPF, IS-IS, IPv4, and IPv6.
• Routing Architectures (22%): Study routing protocols including Routing Information Protocol (RIP v2), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP version 4), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF version 2) and Intermediate System to Intermediate System (IS-IS).
• Routing Policy Management (19%): Study configuration and implementation of Routing Policy Language (RPL) for routing services, such as OSPF, OSPF-TE, BGP, and IS-IS version 4.
• Segment Routing (15%): Study configuring and implementing segment routing protocols and mechanisms in both SR-MPLS and anycast SRv6 segments
• Advanced Services (15%): Study configuration and implementation of advanced services, including traffic engineering, RSVP, and GMPLS.
• Network Security and Maintenance (12%): Study network security, administration, and maintenance such as secure-access-virtual-router technology, auto-authentication support through RADIUS , to keep control on the networks properly.
